BitGo Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: $BTGO) today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a share repurchase program of up to $50 million of its common stock.
We believe the fundamental value of the business exceeds the current market price and this buyback reflects our commitment to disciplined capital stewardship.
The Company expects to fund repurchases using existing cash and cash equivalents, and does not expect repurchases to affect the capital positions of its regulated subsidiaries.
