替尔泊肽打了 2 个月，结合基因数据和体感，我对GLP-1/GIP 通路反应偏敏感
配合每天猛补蛋白粉 + HMB 3g + 肌酸 5g + VD，结果还行：减重 7kg，基本以脂肪为主，肌肉守住了
但 HRV降得有点多，RHR 也涨了点，接下来准备逐步暂停，观察恢复
