I also appreciate @ChairmanSelig doing the same at the CFTC Innovation Advisory Committee meeting. It’s clear that there is a lot of support for crypto innovation from the top down. The last two days in DC made one thing clear: the time for Congress to pass the CLARITY Act is now.
