I agree with @Scaramucci here - the Democrats should take the win and declare victory on this one!
Look, I’m the last guy in America to carry water for Donald Trump on ethics. Everyone knows my record.
But he agreed to restrictions here. Democrats won real concessions across the bill. And some people still want to pretend nothing counts unless they get 100%.
That is not legislating. Pass
