Two enormous food policy wins from @SecKennedy in a single announcement.
First, he's closing the GRAS loophole. For decades, food companies have quietly declared their own chemicals "generally recognized as safe" without ever telling the FDA. That era is ending.
Second, he and Secretary @BrookeRollins just submitted the first ever federal definition of ultra-processed food. Once that definition is finalized, everything downstream from it changes.

This State Department report contains some damning info on LA Mayor @KarenBassLA.
Apparently Bass spent decades traveling to communist Cuba as often as every six months, working with a radical group that trained Americans to bring Castro's communist ideology home. When Fidel Castro died in 2016, Bass publicly mourned him as "a great loss to the people of Cuba."
How does someone like this rise to the top of the Democrat party?
Bass runs America's second-largest city right now. When you see LA falling apart under homelessness, crime, and total mismanagement, remember that the woman in charge was literally trained in Communist Cuba.
