In the past year alone:
๐ At least 14 documented cases of officers using license plate readers to stalk women.
๐ At least 13 documented cases where Flock algorithm errors led to innocent people being arrested.
๐ Tens of thousands of improper ALPR searches with no case number or justification.
๐ Hundreds of agencies (ICE, ATF, DHS) accessing Flock data that cities never approved.
This is not a glitch, it's a pattern.
Safety theater with real-world consequences.
