NEWS: Tesla ranked as the #
2# most sustainable international company with a Canadian subsidiary, according to Corporate Knights' 2026 ranking
Tesla scored 69.79% on the sustainability methodology used for the Global 100 most sustainable corporations in the world.
That puts Tesla ahead of Cisco, HP and every other US company on the list.
Only Schneider Electric of France ranked higher, at 72.69%. Schneider was the top company on the 2025 Global 100 list.
Novo Nordisk of Denmark came in third at 68.46%.
The ranking only includes companies that earn over $1 billion in revenue in Canada and are not headquartered there.
Technology and industrial firms dominate the list, with most tied to electrification or digital infrastructure.
Corporate Knights is a Toronto-based research firm that produces the annual Global 100 sustainability ranking.
