On Donald Judd's bench in Marfa last weekend.
Wait, is there a frozen Greek yoghurt shop coming to Palo Alto? Life is really, really good, i guess.
The best things often show up when we’re not looking too hard for them. Most AI experiences still feel pretty reactive though: no response without an initial prompt. That’s finally starting to change. AI is becoming more proactive about helping us discover things we wouldn’t have thought to ask for. Especially in commerce, that opens up a lot. Really excited about what @daletlabs is building.

This is going wonderfully so far. Muse and I are likely only a few more mornings away from getting our own baby cat. Here's what my boyfriend woke up to this morning — an exceptionally cute choice imo:

I might regret this later, but just set up a daily task for my muse Kalliope to send my boyfriend a cute baby animal reel on Instagram every morning.

I'm currently experimenting with Muse as my little pocket art advisor. Instagram is arguably one the best and most accessible platforms for finding and following up-and-coming names, so I asked my Muse for a daily art briefing of artists worth acquiring right now. Every day, Muse suggests 5 positions based on: - my collection themes and interests - mentions and engagement by specific curators/collectors on Instagram - notable press coverage in selected publications - development over the last 3 years (i.e. prizes) I've come across so many great artists, it's incredible :) Some recent highlights: Ella Fleck, Monica Mays, Gabriel Massan (knew him, but good proof of taste alignment 🫶)

My first time in Marfa for Chinati Weekend '26. Coming here has been on my wish list for so long. Muse and I put together a little art and food program based on all places, shows and restaurants I wanted to see. I made it look a little Judd-inspired :) If you have any other tips, pls share them!

Odyssey-3 is #1# on PhysicsIQ Verified and very fun to play with :))
Today we're launching Odyssey-3, the most powerful foundation world model yet. It sets a new state of the art on Physics-IQ, and powers robots, trains AIs, and generates interactive experiences. It's really cool. Experience the model today, all for free!

the path to super intelligence looks increasingly like social network design to me.

One thing I'm still missing in AI chat apps is a bookmark option. I can easily save and organize posts on X or Instagram, so why does a really good response get buried in a 50-message chat? Sometimes, I want a post-it to take notes. Chats and artifacts shouldn't be the only formats.

in fact this is how all of us dress every day at msl you can join us if you agree to the terms:
Not to read too much into this, but the Augustan references here are actually perfect. The books and amphora-like vessels, the monumental lettering on Zuck's shirt, and the imperial pose. Even the slogan follows the theme of Augustus’ Res Gestae: empire-building as an act of care.

We mostly talk about AI in terms of what’s present: reasoning, knowledge, agency. I think what makes it feel so powerful actually has a lot to do with what's absent: genuine emotions, obsessions, or doubts.

world models for RL is an entirely underrated research direction. may allow you to train on a reasonable fraction of your production data without access to the environment
last night, i was at Audium (SF) for the first time. pretty unique and retro experience, i loved it a lot! if you are into spatial sounds and haven't been yet, go go go
I think more people should read Heraclitus so I made something where you can do just that
Somewhere along the way I learned that the researchers i admire take their work seriously, and their socks even more so.
