所有针对具体功能的人工智能管理规定都是一个悖论：AI既然会写代码，它就能做只要不违背自然规律和技术原理的一切事情，包括建构那些人为规定不让做的功能。最终行之有效的只能是限制AI的发展或者使用范围。
