something that happens surprisingly often here is when an entire community tells a team one of their products sucks but they have their head so deep in the sand they refuse to acknowledge the feedback
they *try and try and try* to force bad models and bad UX onto users because they condescendingly believe they know better
never ends well for these teams, because users will always move onto better things
