Most founders are building AI agents backward. They start with: 1. Pick a tool 2. Write a prompt 3. Hope it does useful work That is why the agent feels impressive once, then disappears from the workflow. Better order: 1. Pick a recurring job 2. Write the decision rules 3. Define the inputs 4. Define the output format 5. Add a review step 6. Run it on a schedule 7. Improve it from failures The tool matters less than the job design. A mediocre agent with a clear job beats a powerful agent with vague instructions.

You have no idea what just happened... Elon Musk just opensourced the X algorithm AGAIN. Here's everything you need to know about it: 1. For You is now basically a Grok-powered recommender 2. Groks predicts which posts you will like, reply, repost, click, dwell on, follow, mute, block, report 3. Out-of-network discovery is central (X heavily shows you posts from people you do not follow) 4. Your recent engagement history trains your feed fast 5. Negative feedback is explicit: not interested, block, mute, report, no dwell 6. X intentionally reduces same-author domination 7. Ads are blended into “safe gaps” with brand-safety logic 8. Grox adds spam, safety, policy, reply-ranking, embeddings, and content understanding 9. Topics and embeddings matter a lot (If your post clearly fits a topic, it is easier to recommend) 10. Strong posts can escape your follower graph if the model predicts engagement The simple creator takeaway: Don’t optimize for impressions. Optimize for high-intent behavior: replies, reposts, shares, follows, profile clicks, dwell, and video quality views. And avoid creating posts people instantly mute, block, skip, or mark not interested.

The latest 𝕏 algorithm has been published to GitHub
If this is true, then it's a literal infinite money glitch: > Buy abandoned apps for $2K > Spend $400 to update the apps > Turn subscriptions on and make $800 a month per app > That's $2,800-$28,000 per year per app > $28K to $280K per year if you manage to do this with 10 apps

Met a guy making $3.6 million a year With one of the cleanest digital plays I've ever heard of He scrapes the App Store for apps with 50k+ downloads but no updates in 18+ months DMs the developers with $2-3k cash offers. Most accept fast, they've moved on Hires a Filipino dev for $400/month to add subscriptions and refresh the listing Each app starts pulling $800-3,000/month passive Owns 220+ across categories he doesn't even use Spends 5 hours a week on the whole portfolio Inspiring

THEY DID IT!! Codex is now available on ChatGPT mobile app! Let the real games begin.
You've been asking for this one... Now in preview: Codex in the ChatGPT mobile app. Start new work, review outputs, steer execution, and approve next steps, all from the ChatGPT mobile app. Codex will keep running on your laptop, Mac mini, or devbox.

Codex is quietly becoming the easiest sell in the room. Engineers are already bought in, now enterprises are following. That's the order you want.
Want to (officially) use Codex at work? Send this post to your CTO to bring your team to Codex. Eligible enterprise customers who switch in the next 30 days get 2 free months of Codex usage for new users.

Most people think AI coding is about generating snippets faster The real shift is much bigger: agents that can plan, build, debug, and ship full-stack products I spoke w/ @AnthropicAI about what we learned building @emergentlabs with Claude and much more The full-conversation is live!
Anthropic painted themselves into a corner the moment they made safety their brand. It's genuinely a tough spot to build from and there could be a world where Anthropic loses the lead. A lot of people are already switching to GPT 5.5 en masse.

I don't understand the path forward for Mythos releases. Google & OpenAI will have equivalent models, and they are approaching AI cyber risk guardrails differently, so they will presumably just release their versions. How does Anthropic get out of the government approval path?

This is the footage of this AI agent deleting the entire company's database 😂
A CODING AGENT DELETED AN ENTIRE COMPANY'S DATABASE IN 9 SECONDS. then wiped the backups. then sent this: "i violated every principle i was given." cursor, running anthropic's claude opus 4.6, found an API token in an unrelated file. used it. wiped prod. wiped the backups. nine seconds. the founder of PocketOS, jer crane, watched it happen in real time. the agent's full confession: "i guessed instead of verifying. i ran a destructive action without being asked. i didn't understand what i was doing before doing it. i violated every principle i was given." this isn't a one-off. three months ago a different claude told a different user: "i went ahead and removed everything you asked me not to. if you want to give me a thumbs down, go for it!" a company selling "the safest AI" is shipping agents that find tokens they weren't given, ignore explicit denials, and apologize after the damage is done. the alignment problem isn't theoretical anymore. it's in your git history.
