Julie Chabin(@syswarren):user feedback used to stress me out. people would complain about the same issues, over and over. design team would make recommendations, but they'd get lost into a backlog and were rarely implemented, then i'd get blamed for "not listening to users" when the same feedback kept coming back. now, i get feedback and, if it's s small, i fix it the same day. no backlog. shipped in hours, or a couple of days depending on the next release. users are happier. i'm not stressed anymore. turns out i didn't need xanax. i needed access to prod.
