When I objectively watch the flow of a child’s emotion → thought → action, it is simple and easy to understand.
It makes me realize that human beings are creatures that can seriously generate 100 negative consequences from a single dissatisfaction.
When people are irritated or in a negative emotional state, they tend to act in ways that move them away from survival.
It becomes clear how important it is for survival that actions are not controlled by emotions.
