I feel that human beings are so fragile that, unless we say our joy, our happiness, and even our forgiveness of others out loud every day, we end up forgetting them. Every morning, I say things like, “That was fun,” “I was so happy,” or “Today, too, I’ll forgive.” I feel that simply brushing the dust off the front of my heart in that way before starting the day gives the entire day a completely different nature.
