In at least one of the videos recovered, the toddler appeared to be crying and showing clear signs of distress... and Schmidt allegedly kept going anyway. When interviewed, Schmidt first minimized what she knew, then allegedly admitted she created and sent the content, claiming it was a “one-time incident.”
