去年流行江西菜，今年轮到湖北菜。小时候父母单位食堂，早餐会有炸面窝、煎糍粑、热干面之类的湖北小吃，晚餐经常有粉蒸肉。感觉还是这碗排骨炖藕最湖北，藕一定要用洪湖的粉藕。
