The CCP is not a responsible actor and cannot be trusted. This recent ballistic missile test and the rapid expansion of their nuclear arsenal make it clear that China is undertaking the largest military buildup of any nation in the world. The United States and our allies must stand strong against authoritarianism. @CNN
