My main job is as a career transition agent, and this trait is incredibly valuable. I sense the "feelings" behind people's words, walk alongside them, and envision their future. There were times when this sensitivity caused me pain. But now, I see it as a talent. Today, I want to remain someone who can connect with others from the heart. I am grateful for this work that allows me to feel the warmth of people.
