🚨 JUST IN: DoorDash is leaving Delaware for Nevada.
Stockholders controlling 54.2% of DoorDash’s voting power have approved the reincorporation, including cofounders Tony Xu, Andy Fang and Stanley Tang. The board unanimously backed the move.
DoorDash pointed directly at Delaware’s “surprising” court outcomes and increasingly litigious environment, saying Nevada offers a more predictable, statute-based legal system.
A major founder-led tech company just made the DExit case in its own SEC filing.
