Shakti (energy) chalan (to move it), is literally like making use of your own breath and certain mudras to exponentially increase your energy and to make use of it. One thing that’s been constant through the years of doing Shakti is the instant boost of energy it gives, it’s like I am invincible, esp after doing the kapalabhatis, the experience of this life is so different. And this combined with shoonya meditation, uff, what a powerful combo. My reflex actions are so good, it’s like I feel I am Spider-Man sometimes 😂🙏🏼 In brief this is my summary of the practice.
