昨天 K神 @keyahayek 发的这个消息是真的，发帖这个人正好是厦门的，在美股圈都传的沸沸扬扬，厦门做美股高频的人很多，所以很好打听。
传出富途、老虎这种老牌的中资券商最先被查，据说是要和税务局联网 15 万美金以上，在 2020-2024 年交易额大的账户都有概率被追缴。对于大多数人都无所谓只要你不是交易量 TOP、资产 TOP 的压根不用担心。
美资券商比如 IBKR 盈透证券，虽然数据也有互通，但是详细的 trading history 拿不到需要你主动提供，时间久了我自己想查都找不到😂，最后只能通过银行卡的出入金来判断，所以目前也没事。
➤为什么会查到这个人？
其实银行和券商这些数据税务局一直都有，只是人手不够，那肯定先是抓大放小。尤其是境外税务需要核对的数据量还更复杂，就为了征收几万美金，人力成本都不够。
之所以被查是因为交易额巨大，1.61 亿美金的交易量，放美股怎么也算大户了，谁知道是一个总体亏损 5 万美金，亏损 99.5% 本金的韭菜。弄的上了热搜税务局还要被骂
➤要缴税的话税费是怎么计算的？
中国是不征收资本利得税的，图片里说的按照单笔盈利计算，实际是按照财产转让税征收的，这种收税方法放在美股这种情况肯定不合理，但是又没有针对这种情况单独的税种。
如果是股票分红所得的话，到中国再补缴 10% 的税就可以了，对于长期投资者来说没什么变化。
具体条例如下
针对港股资本利得，在内地的税收处理也区分两种情形，一是通过港股通账户的炒股所得，在中国境内免征个人所得税；二是通过香港证券账户直接转让港股上市公司的股票，需要对中国境内税务机关申报境外所得。并且，香港地区对境外港股投资者获得的买卖价差免征资本利得税，因此不产生内地的税收抵免额，投资者需要按照财产转让所得20%的税率缴纳个人所得税。
➤普通投资者会被要求征税吗？
针对港美股要缴税的传闻已经很久了，每次都会有人传。但其实境外收入的执法成本很高，需要核对数据，所以肯定是抓大放小，没理由放着其他那么多偷税漏税的事情单独去查小散户几万的盈利，最后收个几千，几万的税费，所以可以不用担心。
➤加密资产的获利会被要求征税吗？
目前看是不会的，因为现在交易所里都是币币交易，不是通过法币去交易。征税需要核对你的法币盈利记录，BTC、ETH 这类加密资产中国不认可，是当做商品交易，如果想要征税，那就得首先承认加密资产是合法资产，属于金融资产。
但是由于数字货币交易已经越来越合规了，难保之后会不会承认资产后，倒查几年的盈利数据。如果最后需要征税，那也是参考港美股，需要有完整的出入金记录，买卖记录能把盈利全部对应上，这难度比股票要大更多，除非你是巨额盈利不然也是不需要担心的
