First off, congrats to the launch of
@boopdotfun and
@dingalingts + his team!
I was approached and was pitched a great addition to the competition scene for launchpads. It was intriguing to hear and I took up on the offer.
The main hook was not because he created PancakeSwap or because his credentials being EX-Binance, it was the ponzinomics of the staking feature.
I think many's first glance of the launchpad was merely "JUST" a Twitter/KOL airdrop post, collect, n dip scene.
It is far from that, mainly it being in the first day of launch, that will change fairly soon (noise).
The incentive of the launchpad is to stake your $BOOP tokens and be eligible for the rev share from coins AND allocation to EVERY coin. It isn't WHO is supporting the launchpad to choose "sides" but WHERE the money happens to be/sustain when there is a narrative juicer.
Too busy to trench? If you're staking, and there were runners of the days you were gone, depending on your allocation size staked, you will get a free airdrop to CLAIM if you choose to do so.
For example, the last 10 hours~ of staking, this is what I've received and I can CHOOSE to claim my airdrops, it isn't automatically claimed so not sure where the FUD on that end is for.
From a degen trencher standpoint, I personally feel pumpfun has laid the degeneracy foundation that appeals to how we are "used to" these days vs when it was judged last year in its early days.
I think launchpad incentives are bullish because it creates different routes in where liquidity "SHOULD BE" ('standard' being only PF coins can moon) to "COULD BE at."
Wanted to share that on my end -- I am a degenerate volume narrative trader. Angel bags are vested for 2-3 years~, I've bought my bags open market above here at 38~44m circ mcap. It is 15% circ of what is shown on charts.
This is what I've seen (unbiased aside) in how this launchpad addition could work, while BENEFITING stakers and onchain liquidity with different runners and opportunities.
Cheers, long read but thank you if you've made it this far.
