关于三上老师发币这个事我还是有一点点发言权和信息可以跟大家分享一下的。众所周知（或者没公开说过但很多人知），2月香港共识大会期间我和几个小伙伴比如 @priscilla_arkI 代理主办了三上在港的全部商务活动安排。甚至在活动筹划之前有很多圈内朋友知道了策划案跑过来想趁着热度聊联合三上发币的事情。 春节前MEME热度虽然已经开始消退了但还在，三老师的流量大家也是非常认可的，不管线上线下可以开拓的活动及周边产品服务也非常丰富，所以不少资深项目方都动心了。加上后来2月的线下活动甚至比预想的还要成功，引发了无数二次三次连锁反应更是让大家按捺不住。但就我知道的当时有沟通的几家最后都放弃了，为什么呢？ 1. 三老师流量高不假，但毕竟不是那么正面，需要搞另一波正面形象对冲，比如当时另一场的的欧阳靖。 2. 即使三老师已经退役并洗白上岸了但因为可能存在的负面形象所以后续上大所会有困难，在链上行情不是特别好的情况下，上不了大所的话对项目方来说可能就是赔的那就没必要做了。估计这次选择在SOL上发应该也是对交易量的考虑。 3. 三老师的IP足够大，不能做一个小池子随便搞搞就完事（太浪费），也不是短期做完浇给就能跑路的（她本人也不想这么坏名声），那么就需要项目方长期大资金投入且最后做好善后，这样对项目方资金占用比较大。 4. 三老师的IP使用费用也不便宜，要么是一次性买断项目方独立运营，要么是占额度拿分成共同发展，三老师团队可能更倾向于后者。 5. 三老师发币最大的优势就是她人气旺话题度足够高，而且2月份活动已经再次实际验证过了，因为活动足够成功，甚至4月的时候还引起了多家交易所类似的模仿。 6. 她本人在推上和线下周边活动和礼品之类的配合度也还可以，甚至可以像 #TRUMP# 币一样炒作一下Top 10holder福利（你懂的），这样就非常有想象空间了。 当时帮忙对接的几个项目方都没有下文之后，还以为这事就不了了之了，没想到三老师还真的挺上心这么快就发币了，但我也不知道最后她跟哪家合作的以及打算怎么运营，就作为粉丝默默关注吧
