The case was examined under the presidency of Judge Vahe Dolmazian. At the same time, the court ruled that Ashotyan may receive visits from members of the Republican Party at his house. Armen Ashotyan was arrested on June 16, 2023, and on September 10, 2024, the court changed his preventive measure to house arrest.
