I see this scenario quite often with clients in automation.
Clients reach out saying: Can you audit and fix our automations?
For automation with more involved custom biz logic, it really depends on having the original project requirements to reference.
As is, I can review how the automation is currently configured and tell them what it is doing.
But, without the original project requirements, I can't tell them if the automation is configured to do what they expect it to do.
* Some errors/issues are obvious fixes with the automation step design and logic.
(e.g. mismapped variable)
