Kia ora, we are experiencing system issues that are affecting our online banking channels, cards, ATMs and some internal channels. Our teams are working quickly to resolve these issues, we appreciate your patience and apologise for any inconvenience.
Good news: We’re moving to 7-day payment processing, but to do this we'll be doing some scheduled system maintenance to our online channels. This means all online banking channels will be unavailable early morning Monday, 22 May from 12:30am to 4am.
