🚨NEW: The DOJ alleged in a late-Monday motion that would-be Trump assassin Ryan Routh ATTEMPTED TO BUY A ROCKET LAUNCHER FROM A UKRAINIAN ASSOCIATE weeks before his Sept. 15 attempt.
