刚刚SEC下一任主席的热门人选Teresa在SALT大会上访谈了现任主席 Paul，Teresa特意提到了Paul 2015年就开始入圈crypto了是个OG😆。采访中特别提到了未来SEC会针对decentralized finance做大量的调研并进一步清晰监管架构，给企业清晰指引。在政策最终确定前也会给予企业一定程度的自由去尝试创新。这一轮金融上链最大的推手是Trump政府和美国的SEC，预计很快各国监管都会跟随。

两周前我使用 @MeetHubble Hubble Signal tg进行地址重合扫描时发现与troll地址与多枚代币地址高度重叠，比如天王星 $URANUS 以及 $memecoin 等。
$uranus 地址重叠度高达10%，并且在监控的地址集群并未发生持仓下降，这点得夸夸tg bot大多时间无法观察直观观察到持仓下降而Hubble tg bot恰好解决了这个问题，地址集群持仓下降通知，以及多代币地址查重比对做的很好。
