Ok, so she gave the SEC until April 21. It was a toss-up, and I wouldn't have been surprised either way.
Remember, this doesn't mean that the SEC will be able to fix everything that was broken in its Complaint (and there was a lot), it just gave them additional time to see if it's even possible.
Short version: Nothing bad has happened yet, and the needle hasn't moved at all.
