Didn’t expect this from Dubai.
I lost my phone in an Uber.
Panic hit fast, no way to track it, no clue what to do.
Told the hotel staff.
They smiled:
“Don’t worry, people return things here.”
5 minutes later, the Uber came back with my phone.
If this happens in Europe my phone’s gone forever.
Dubai really is different.
(Still hate the heat though.)
