I always say this: If you have lower grades, dont be fixated on big name companies. They are always competitive and your chances are very very slim. Focus on upcoming companies in the industry and use the period to develop and equip yourself with skills and practical knowledge. Then start aiming for the big names as experience hire using your experience and skill sets. Delay doesn’t always mean denial.
