Doesn’t make sense
So an Obama appointed judge, who worked for his campaign and then the campaigns of Elizabeth Warren, Deval Patrick, and Martha Coakley can decide that even though Biden used executive authority to broadly increase the parole program with the stroke of a pen, without the support of the American people and without legislative action, President Trump can’t undo it. Even though that decision to undo the parole program has the support of 80% of Americans?
Tell me how that makes sense please?
