Secret transfer: Leon was routed through a Minnesota detention center and flown to Guatemala – a country with which he has zero ties. No ICE paperwork or public deportation record exists. How family found out: A relative in Chile eventually located him alive, hospitalized in Guatemala. Health risk: Leon has diabetes, high blood pressure and a heart condition; his current condition remains unknown as relatives race to reach him. F—k ICE and Trump.

BREAKING: Reuters has reported that a document posted by the Fulton County court website, before being taken down, shows that Former President Trump will be charged with conspiracy to commit forgery, as well as violation of the state's RICO act, and solicitation of violation of oath by a public officer. The document that was posted on the website was dated August 14th and according to Reuters, the two-page document cited the "Violation Of The Georgia Rico (Racketeer Influenced And Corrupt Organizations) Act," "Solicitation Of Violation Of Oath By Public Officer," "Conspiracy To Commit False Statements and Writings" and "Conspiracy To Commit Forgery in the First Degree," among other charges listed. A spokesperson for the Fulton County District Attorney's office said: "The Reuters report that those charges were filed is inaccurate. Beyond that we cannot comment." Was the document posted prematurely, and if so what does this mean for Trump? RICO would be a pretty darn heavy charge.
