Unconstitutional? I'd like to see that tested. I don't appreciate the timing and priority of Luna's effort but this is a fair proposal that deserves full debate. We no longer live in horse and buggy days so remote voting during maternity leave is a very reasonable and modern solution that enables women to be fully participants as members of Congress in their childbearing years.
