We express our deep concern regarding the escalation of tensions between two friendly countries for us — India and Pakistan, both members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. We urge both sides to exercise maximum restraint, prevent further escalation of the conflict, and return to negotiations aimed at a peaceful resolution. During two eventful days on the shores of the azure lake Issyk-Kul, we had the opportunity to discuss the prospects for the development of digital assets in our country with one of the most influential figures in the crypto industry — the founder of the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, Binance, Changpeng Zhao.
