Make all trading collateral available to lend to other margin borrowers is an aggressive approach, it create additional risk to the markets. If the risk control engine is powerful enough, the risk can be mitigated!

Why is @Backpack is so conservative? Folks want bigger position sizes, larger limits, more borrows, and higher leverage.
I do too. We'll get there--but with zero tolerance for unnecessary risk. Some risk, sure, as mistakes are inevitable. But if there's one thing I want to be known for, it's for being boring, slow, and safe.
One only need look at the many examples of irresponsible risk management to understand why. Risk doesn't matter until it's too late. You don't earn brownie points for being boring, but you do earn points for staying alive.
In this business, only the paranoid survive.

Blockchain makes global peer to peer payment become easy and cheap, stable coin becomes a global on-chain currency. There are definitely some disruptive innovations are happening!
It's wild that merchants are still paying ~2-3% from each sale to banks & credit card companies. How come crypto has not won yet in C2B payments?
Here're the necessary components:
For consumers: token incentives, payment app, tradfi-grade account statements, on-ramp from banks, stablecoin savings with yield
For businesses: point-of-sale apps on phones/ipads, stablecoin account with yield, off-ramp to banks, (+ token incentives)
Banks & credit card companies bootstrapped this in the 60s/70s, why can't crypto companies do this today?

我记得我没充钱进去的，前段时间看了也没钱，难道是谁充错了吗？
然后仔细查看了下才发现，我这个账号竟然有返佣收入了，而且每天几百U，我找了下才看到 五年前有个朋友用我的邀请码注册的，但是他已经接近3年没有交易的，
这段时间不知道抽什么风，突然大量资金入场在拼杀，我看节点返佣蹭蹭的涨，哥们一个账户一周不到给我弄到了一千U；

You can offer some preliminary evidence of the incident through the public reporting channels(https://t.co/ervk2yJyA9), we will do a temporary urgent freeze according to the evidence. Then you should work with LE agents to offer us legal documents to continue the freeze. OKX also has consumers protection policy according to law, we can’t freeze a customer’s funds according to your personal X post or an oral communication. I think you should understand it as the CEO of HTX.

对于 OKX的 OK pay让我不明白的几个点
1.为什么要用到这个功能，什么场景下用到这个功能呢？
2.这个功能和链上转账有什么区别？
3.相对于链上转账有什么优势呢，是否要打破波场USDT转账的垄断市场呢？
首先发表一下我自己的观点
这个功能如果没有一个合法变成法币的渠道，这个功能就是鸡肋中的鸡肋，如果说靠着OKX一步步在线下Web2中发展地推商家，那么是一个很鸡肋的行为，能支持线下Web3支付的商家可能屈指可数
或者Web3 pay这个功能后续会集成到线上消费用或于购买虚拟产品服务中
还有一个问题，是否要和波场链打对台，X Layer 靠什么来吸引用户使用 Pay结算呢？
如果没有一个合规的方式把付出的稳定币换为法币，商家为什么要支持Web3 Pay付款呢？
