前段时间张雪峰事情不得引发思考，在什么面前健康永远第一位。当刷到 @pulseapp_bsc 时，我突然觉得……这玩意儿真可以试试。
Pulse App它是BSC上的AI驱动健康协议，用户用App记录心率、步数、睡眠等健康数据，这些数据上链后变成个人数字资产，还能实时监测、获得个性化健康洞见。简单说，就是把你日常的“健康信号”变成链上可拥有、可变现、可用于AI训练的真实价值。
App Store已经30万+下载，订阅收入突破200万美元，产品有、收入有、用户有，关键 $HEALTH 预计也快Tge了。300,000+下载确实不少，尤其对一个Web3健康App来说。这证明真实的用户在用、真实的数据在产生、真实的订阅收入在进账。200万美元订阅收入，这不是靠空投和营销堆出来的泡沫，而是靠产品本身留住用户的硬实力。
更重要的是，它切中的是Web3健康赛道这个我越来越看好的方向。熊市里，很多人心态容易崩：K线绿油油、钱包缩水、FOMO和FUD轮番轰炸。这时你最需要什么？不是下一轮牛市的叙事，而是实实在在的健康。身体垮了，再好的项目也看不下去。$HEALTH is Wealth，这句话不是口号，是真道理。
我自己试了试Pulse App，感觉挺实在的。数据隐私上链保护、AI分析给出建议，还能把自己的健康数据变成数字资产。想想以后，自己的心率数据、运动记录，可能成为AI医疗训练的基础数据集，这不就是Web3+RWA的完美结合吗？在熊市这种“低谷期”，大家正好有时间静下来关注健康、积累数据、布局真正有长期价值的赛道。等牛市来了，这些“健康基础设施”项目，说不定就是被低估的潜力股。
熊市最该做的，不是每天刷推特焦虑，而是把注意力拉回自己身上：多运动、多记录健康、多关注像Pulse这样把健康做成Web3基础设施的项目。
