Galaxy Research identified the message inside a transaction recorded at block 963,629. The 255 byte message claims the wallet needed no backup because its required data already existed on chain. The creator says everything needed to generate the wallet already exists in the Genesis Block. Moreover, the wallet uses two multisig keys, and both are required to unlock it. The creator has challenged others to figure out how those keys were derived. The message claims the wallet's entropy is extremely low.
