There's no token live yet, so getting a subnet isn't a raise, it's a points system. Contributors sign up at app/website, pick from the live subnets, and earn points based on participation.
every subnet launches with a base points allocation. As subnets commercialize, they get multipliers, so contributors backing subnets that actually earn revenue get more over time.
