ICAN filed legal demands for the actual data. In West Virginia, 71% of pertussis cases were in individuals who were fully up to date on their vaccines. Looking back across seven years of cases, 68% were vaccinated. In New York's measles outbreak, 33% of cases had received at least one dose of the MMR vaccine, with another 28% listed as unknown vaccination status.
