The financing is expected to include about $7.5B of debt and $2.5B of equity, potentially making it one of Asia’s largest AI infrastructure financings. Nvidia is also expected to provide revenue-sharing and credit support for the deal. Firmus is separately preparing for an Australian IPO in late October that could raise up to $5B.
