Lovely experience with @KLM @MarjanRintel
You book a flight expecting they own the itinerary.
Apparently second leg is with @transavia? Yes of course I wanted to book a budget airline. Great.
Now both are saying they can’t change my seats and I have to speak to the other one.
Great job everyone!
