Rape gang culture might be new to Europeans, but it's nothing new in Muslim countries.
In Arabic, there's a term for it: "taharrush gama'i", which means "collective harassment," where men sexually harass and rape women who dress "immodestly" in public.
This is because of a sexist culture that has taught men that women who don't "cover up" are "inviting rape."
