🇺🇸BREAKING: A @JudiciaryGOP Committee report found that Fairfax County, Virginia ignored at least 1,670 @ICEgov detainer requests between 2023 and 2025, releasing criminal illegal aliens back into the community instead of turning them over to federal custody. The report accuses Commonwealth’s Attorney Steve Descano of treating illegal alien defendants differently to limit their immigration consequences, including reducing or dropping charges in cases involving DUI, assault, sexual assault of a child, and other crimes. It also details cases where released defendants went on to reoffend, including 1 alleged MS-13 member charged with murder the day after his release, and the fatal stabbing of Stephanie Minter by an illegal alien with more than 40 prior charges.
