Voting YES: 43 Democrats, independents Bernie Sanders and Angus King, and four Republicans. Those Republicans: Rand Paul, Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski and Thom Tillis. Every other Republican voted NO. Angela Alsobrooks (D-MD) did not vote. The resolution called for ending U.S. hostilities against Iran unless Congress explicitly authorized them.
