早些时候一些10B左右的公司的CTO都去anthropic做研发工程师去了，这特斯拉的早期技术总监AK也不做他的AI网红和教育，也去做研发了🤣 ，不去anthropic看来是跟不上ai的发展前沿了

Personal update: I've joined Anthropic. I think the next few years at the frontier of LLMs will be especially formative. I am very excited to join the team here and get back to R&D. I remain deeply passionate about education and plan to resume my work on it in time.
