做独立产品,最折磨人的就是“这玩意到底有没有人要”的自我怀疑。其实有这感觉是好事,说明你终于脱离了单纯敲代码的自嗨,开始面对真实的商业环境了。 很多人把 PMF 当成买彩票,以为埋头苦干总有一天能撞上。但本质上是个工程问题,需要你像调 bug 一样去测试、拿反馈、再迭代。 判断自己是不是在做无用功,看看有没有踩这几个大坑: 1. “我觉得我需要”,但是你个人代表不了市场。 2. “我朋友说这主意绝了”,但是碍于面子,熟人的反馈通常毫无价值,这也是我们一直建议大家去读《The Mom Test》这本书的原因。 3. “市面上居然没有竞品,我要发财了”,但是更残酷的真相往往是之前做这个方向的人都死了。 想验证需求,就去社交平台或垂直论坛里搜搜看, 有没有人正在为这个问题急得跳脚? 你能不能在一周内找到 10 个愿意直接掏钱的人?除了实际的支付动作,其他的口头支持都是虚的。 很多开发者迟迟不敢发布,总想着再优化一下 UI,再加个功能。但如果你的产品真的解决了一个核心痛点,它就像一块能充饥的生肉,就算没撒盐、没煎熟,真正饿急了的人也会抢着吃。很多后来月入几万美金的工具,初版连个正经的登录系统都没有。 所以,千万不要完美主义。把你那个粗糙的半成品扔到市场上,去挨骂,去找那 10 个肯付钱的人。真实的反馈,是治愈这种内耗的唯一解药。
