Aqua isn't just another AMM! There are no deposits or pools. But how?
1inch Aqua keeps a virtual balance for each position. When a provider opens a position, no tokens move; Aqua just records how much of the existing token allowance is allocated to that position.
When a swap fills, tokens transfer directly from the provider's wallet to the swapper in one atomic transaction. If the wallet can't cover the fill at that moment, the whole transaction reverts. There are no partial fills and no protocol debt.
