🇭🇰在香港寻找以太坊的下一站 「我想反问你一句，除了香港，还有哪里更适合？」 这确实是一个好问题。从香港发布虚拟资产宣言以来，始终有对香港 Web3 看衰的声音存在。 但如果挑选一个能立足亚洲，辐射世界的支点，相比于新加坡、日韩和东南亚，对中国的 Web3 投资机构来说，香港是不二之选。 这段对话发生在刚刚过去的香港 Web3 嘉年华期间。由以太坊基金会支持，SNZ 和 ETHTao 联合发起的的 Hong Kong Ethereum Community Hub（以下简称「Hub」）在同样的时间举办了开幕仪式，包括以太坊联创 @VitalikButerin 、 @HashKeyGroup 集团董事长兼首席执行官肖风、香港立法会议员邱达根、Sharplink CEO Joseph Chalom 在内的大咖也纷纷参与。 Hong Kong Ethereum Community Hub @ethereumhkhub 是 @snzholding 发起的以太坊社区，旨在为亚洲乃至全球的以太坊生态参与者提供一个交流、探讨、学习的空间，来推动以太坊在各类行业中的应用与发展。 Sharplink CEO @joechalom 也在接受采访时表示，「我坚定地相信，以太坊的下一个篇章会在亚洲书写。香港已经建立了全球最成熟的数字资产监管框架之一，稳定币政策、香港证监会（SFC）的虚拟资产发牌制度，以及本地机构对这一市场持续的投入承诺——这些都不是需要远远观望的信号，而是需要立即行动的信号。」 说起社区，相信很多人已经对这两个字有些「过敏」了。作为以太坊早期的支持者，SNZ 在这个行业普遍迷茫的时间点所做的事情仅仅是一个「社区」，让笔者十分不解。抱着满肚子的疑问，我与 Hub 的负责人聊了聊。

白皮書讀書會香港 [01] A deep discussion on the Institutional Privacy Stack, led by @BrianSeong (@0xMiden, WPRC) and organized by @ninjanovadotsol (@sns, WPRC). Brian created a framework to evaluate @CantonNetwork, @tempo, and @0xMiden across multiple layers. Summary Notes [COMING SOON] We discussed: (i) where privacy lives in the stack, (ii) the cryptographic tools (FHE, ZK, TEE) and layers (payment channels, L1s, nodes) used for privacy, (iii) how existing financial institutions work, (iv) why and when privacy is needed, and (v) how each chain solves the regulatory auditability problem, e.g. viewing keys.
