CLARITY would have given the @CFTC new funding mechanisms and expedited hiring authority. Some of the same people raising concerns about staffing today opposed the legislation that would have helped address it.
@ChairmanSelig is moving forward. Congress should help him build the agency he needs, not just commission another report.
